I had an amazing experience at Lazare BBQ House! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour and cooked to perfection. But what really made my visit special was the person who cooked and served me. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that I was satisfied with everything. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was just as impressive as the food. Highly recommend this place 👌 I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have never visited Africa before but the food takes you there with every bite. I first ordered the chicken combo and it was awesome, today I ordered the fish and it was so delicious !

I got the spicy half chicken combo with rice and plantains and it was utterly fantastic. The chicken was well seasoned and actually spicy, though if you ever want it hotter they sell little mason jars of chili paste as well. The side dishes were all good but the rice was my favourite.

The food is SO good here. I’m really picky with plantains but theirs are not dry nor are they greasy. The chicken is incredible, the perfect amount of spices and the owner offered to adjust the heat to my liking.
They used to be located in Orleans and closed and I was so bummed ! Then a few weeks ago saw the sign while driving on Montreal road and wondered if it was the same place. Went in tonight and asked the owner if it was the same restaurant and he said yes ! I was so happy !
